TRAVELING FIELD TECHNICIAN TEAM

Traveling teams are not just for truck drivers anymore! Accurate Controls Inc. (ACI) seeks professional teams (spouses, siblings, friends or family members) from throughout the United States to travel together as a team performing installations, repairs and routine service on a variety of electronic equipment. Lead Field Technician - Job Responsibilities/Qualifications
The Lead Field Technician will install, calibrate, test and troubleshoot control systems utilizing only third party available components. These systems include:Programmable Logic Control (PLC) door control, audio communication, CCTV, video visitation, perimeter detection, access control and facility diagnostic systems. This employee will interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders to successfully test and certify the security electronic systems. The Lead Field Technician will be responsible to coordinate ACIís on-site work activities and provide updates to Project Managers. This position provides great opportunities for professional and career growth.

Associate Degree in Electromechanical Technology preferred.

3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.

Must be able to troubleshoot issues with minimal direction and independently establish a course of corrective action.

Must be able to read and understand electronic schematics and drawings.

Must have effective communication skills for interaction with Project Managers, Owners and Contractors.

Must be dependable, responsible and willing to learn new technologies/innovations.

Field Technician - Job Responsibilities/Qualifications
This team member will support the efforts of the Lead Field Technician to install and troubleshoot the security electronic systems. This individual will also assist with the testing of systems. Accurate Controls will provide the necessary training to develop the skills for this Team Member and this employee must display a willingness to learn and to accept new challenges. This position has great advancement opportunities with the potential to move into a Lead Field Technician Position within an 18-24 month period.

Associate Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.

2 years of experience in related field preferred.

Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be dependable, responsible and willing to learn new technologies/innovations.

Software Programmer - Job Responsibilities/Qualifications
This position entails designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software applications. Tasks will include creating panel wiring schedules, coordinating with multiple departments, setting up and deploying customer computers, and providing support to field staff and customers. Some travel may be required.

Knowledge of commonly used programming concepts, practices and procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate technical issues via written and verbal communications.

Experience with Wonderware InTouch, Indusoft and/or Modicon and Omron PLC's is helpful but not required, along with SQL-based databases.

Basic electrical knowledge and understanding is also helpful but not necessary.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline preferred.

Engineering Technician - Job Responsibilities/Qualifications
The Engineering Technician will use Autocad and/or Revit to maintain Accurate Controls Inc.'s project drawings from submittal development through installation related red line corrections to final as-built drawings. They will also provide customer service to both internal and external customers.

Proficient in the use of CAD and Revit.

Basic understanding of electrical schematics.

Dependable and flexible in the face of fast paced customer deadlines and changing priorities.

Detail oriented and able to work closely with multiple departments within the company.

Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Project Manager - Job Responsibilities/Qualifications
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently while remaining within established deadlines and budgets. In addition, the project manager must be able to foresee entire projects as a whole, while understanding contract requirements and overall scope of work. They are responsible for coordinating between owners, architects, contractors, sub-contractors and internal departments. This includes detailed documentation of the timeline, change orders, material purchasing/ordering and value of each project.

Proficient in use of Windows Excel and Word.

Demonstrates effective negotiation and customer service skills along with being able to problem solve in difficult situations.

Dependable and flexible in the face of fast paced customer deadlines and changing priorities.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and document project related activity.

Bachelor's Degree or 2 Year Technical Degree and related experience.
